We’re looking for a dynamic business developer who thrives in qualifying and nurturing leads through a consultative sales cycle. Through the implementation of inbound and outbound contact strategies, the Business Development Rep (or BDR) supports the Inside Sales Reps by converting high-volume, warm leads to qualified, scheduled demonstrations (no cold calling required!).

Are you good at finding creative ways to connect with customers and solve their problems? Are you energized to keep up with dynamic sales processes? Are you interested in a competitive base salary plus no-cap commissions on all held appointments?
As a successful BDR, you will do the following:
- Qualify leads that originate from BombBomb’s various web properties and marketing efforts and schedule a minimum (quota determined by the Inside Sales Manager) number of demo appointments.
- Maintain a minimum (quota percentage determined by the Inside Sales Manager) hold rate for appointments scheduled.
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain prospect information, and keep comprehensive and up-to-date client information daily.
- Attend on-going sales and product training, one-on-one training with BDR team lead, and develop proficiency with the BombBomb application.
