About BombBomb
BombBomb is a SaaS company that helps businesses build more personal and effective relationships through video messaging. Our platform enables users to record, send, and track video messages across email and other channels. We primarily serve sales teams in real estate, mortgage, and homebuilding, including many of the largest and most sophisticated organizations in these industries.
We are a fully remote, collaborative team with a high level of accountability and ownership. As a smaller organization, we value clear communication, cross-functional partnership, and a hands-on approach to execution.
Why this Role Exists
The Director of Revenue Operations & Strategic Finance owns the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the company’s end-to-end revenue operating model. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, ensuring that go-to-market systems, processes, data, and analytics are aligned to drive predictable growth, high data integrity, and strong financial outcomes.
The role combines RevOps leadership (systems, process, data) with strategic finance (forecasting, planning, unit economics, and deal governance) to support executive decision-making and scale the company’s revenue engine.

- Ensure go-to-market processes are accurately reflected and enforced within systems
- Define and maintain core revenue and pipeline metrics across the full customer lifecycle
- Ensure consistent metric definitions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
- Own data integrity across go-to-market systems and establish ongoing data quality controls
- Own development and maintenance of company-wide KPI dashboard
- Ensure metrics are clearly defined, consistently calculated, and trusted across teams
- Support the VP of Growth in building and maintaining the sales forecast
- Partner with the CFO to review, challenge, and improve forecast accuracy
- Analyze pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and performance trends across the full funnel
- Define and enforce standardized go-to-market processes across the full customer lifecycle, from lead generation through deal close, billing, renewal, and expansion
- Own the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of the lead-to-cash process
- Establish and maintain opportunity management standards, including pipeline stages, qualification criteria, and forecasting methodology
- Design and optimize renewal and expansion workflows
- Ensure processes are consistently implemented across teams, systems, and reporting
- Support design and refinement of compensation plans in partnership with VP of Growth and CFO
- Support and inform sales capacity planning and pipeline generation targets, including quota, ramp, and productivity assumptions
- Calculate and administer Sales, Customer Success and Support commissions
- Support and inform pricing and packaging strategy through data-driven analysis of performance, discounting, and customer behavior
- Own the structure, governance, and maintenance of the company’s price book
- Ensure pricing, packaging, and discounting rules are consistently implemented and enforced across all deals
- Establish and own deal desk processes, including review and approval of non-standard terms
- Develop and maintain standard deal structures and contracting guidelines, ensuring deals are correctly structured and accurately set up in systems for billing and reporting
- Assist with budgeting and planning
- Partner with CFO on revenue-related analysis and performance review
- Analyze cohort performance, retention, and expansion dynamics
