Who we're looking for...

As an Associate Account Executive (AAE) at BombBomb, you will grow revenue by utilizing a human-centered, value-driven approach. You will use all the resources available to maximize their outcomes while keeping the customer experience as your north star. 

What you will do...

  • Grow Revenue and Manage the lead flow of your assigned accounts 
    • You will be required to grow your book of business through targeted expansion and the actions required to assist inbound lead responsibilities
    • Expansion of net new seats will be required
    • You will have strategies that you develop with Senior Account Executives in your pod that are specific to your unique accounts for growth 
    • You will have strategies that you develop with your Senior Account Executive in your pod to execute on all assigned inbound leads
  • Meet and Exceed All Sales Key Performance Initiatives (KPIs)  
    • Meet and exceed target sales bookings per month 
    • Know the number of demos that will be necessary to meet your number. Be ready to present this information in one-on-ones with your leader as a leading indicator of your success 
    • Maintain pricing integrity consistent with that account’s contract
    • Know the conversion rate that is required for you to achieve your number and be ready to present that number in your one-on-ones with your leader as an indicator of your success. 
  • Maintain a High Volume of Activities   
    • Your activity volume is consistent with the output within plus or minus 10% of your peers 
    • Consistently follows up with past clients, unclosed demos, and expired trials to maximize opportunity. 
  • Maintain High Quality in all Activities   
    • Showcase excellent and professional communication via video, email, phone, and live chat.   
    • Follow the sales process to create users, not customers. This includes excellent call control, rapport building, discovery, demonstration, and closing. 
    • Use and master all scripts and talk tracks
    • Maintain accurate and timely record-keeping and documentation within the Revenue Operations toolstack in accordance with best practices
    • Strategically plan your daily calendar to maximize your effort 
    • Optimize your pipeline management with consistent, quality touches 
    • Follow all sequences for leads and follow up in Outreach

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $90,000 annually. Final compensation for this role is determined by a variety of factors, such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. The total compensation for this position is a mix of base salary and uncapped commissions earned.
