What we lack is a scalable, data-driven growth model that connects ICP segmentation to a cohesive end-to-end customer journey.
Today:
- Lead flow is inconsistent
- Messaging lacks clarity and differentiation
- Marketing systems and processes are not fully optimized
- Growth is not meeting expectations
This role exists to fix that.
You will be a part of the marketing team, partnering directly with the VP of Growth to transform marketing from a set of activities into a structured, performance-driven growth engine.
This is a build + operate role, not a “manage what exists” role. You will think strategically and execute tactically. We are a small team and this is a hands-on-keyboard type of role.
You will own and execute a messaging strategy, campaign management, and ICP approach with a mandate to:
#1 – Clarify Our Market Position and Messaging
- Be relentless about turning BombBomb into the most talked about video messaging software
- Make us stand out on social and in our email marketing with clear, differentiated messaging for B2B prospects
- Build upon our product roadmap to turn new features into a value-driven story
- Create a “one brand” approach across all channels and touchpoints
- Enable Sales and Customer Success with strong narratives to increase close rates
#2 – Design a Hyper-Personalize Customer Journey & Experience
- Be super focused on creating a customized experience for our prospects and customers
- Own turning our ICP into targeted journeys that increase predictable conversion rates and decrease churn risk
- Drive adoption and enablement through curated campaigns that take customers from initial signup through onboarding to increase utilization - make them excited to use our platform!
- Create new ways to build pipeline through strategic investments in social platforms, email campaigns, webinars, partnerships, events and the like
- Leverage AI to scale content, personalization, and campaign execution, balancing AI automation with human ingenuity
#3 – Turn Marketing into a Predictable Pipeline Engine
- Be diligent about the numbers
In conjunction with RevOps and our marketing team:
- Take our engine to the next level through using metrics to drive marketing decisioning
- Improve conversion across the funnel by increasing the number of MQLs through creative segmentation and channel expansion
- Own responsibility to work with marketing and sales to drive our Growth team targets
- Optimize our marketing tech to enable all available features and functions
- Improve attribution, reporting, and forecasting for a measurable path towards hitting our goals
What You’ll Own
Market Position & Go-To-Market Strategy
- Define and continuously refine our ICP, segmentation strategy, and target audiences
- Establish a clear, differentiated market position
- Develop core messaging frameworks across segments and use cases
- Lead go-to-market strategy across campaigns and launches
- Elevate brand presence across social and external channels
- Turn product innovation into compelling narratives
- Enable Sales and Customer Success with strong messaging
Customer Journey, Segmentation & Lifecycle Execution
- Own the end-to-end customer journey
- Translate ICP into personalized lifecycle journeys
- Identify and eliminate funnel friction
- Design segment-specific engagement strategies
- Scale personalization across channels
- Partner with Customer Success on adoption and retention
- Develop community and advocacy programs
Growth Engine, Demand Generation & Marketing Systems
- Co-own a scalable pipeline engine aligned to segmentation
- Partner with Director of Digital Marketing on execution
- Translate strategy into multi-channel programs
- Drive continuous experimentation and A/B testing
- Partner with RevOps on infrastructure and attribution
- Improve funnel visibility and forecasting
AI-Driven Marketing Innovation
- Leverage AI to scale content creation and campaign execution
- Use AI for personalization, segmentation, and targeting
- Experiment with new tools and approaches to improve efficiency and output
- Help position BombBomb as a modern, AI-enabled platform
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Work closely with Sales to align on pipeline goals and lead quality
- Partner with Product to bring new features and capabilities to market
- Collaborate with Customer Success to incorporate customer insights into messaging
- Act as a key leader within the Growth organization

- Funnel metrics are measurable, predictable, and improving

About You

What We’re Looking For
- 6 to 10+ years in SaaS marketing (demand gen, product marketing, or growth)
- Experience in $10M to $50M ARR environments (or similar scale)
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and growth
- Strong understanding of modern B2B SaaS GTM motions
- Experience working closely with Sales and Revenue Operations

Compensation
The OTE compensation range for this position is $140,000 – $170,000 annually. Final compensation is determined by experience, skills, and location.
